In response to the epidemic escalation, KMRT and KLRT launch a national QRcode real-name registration system on the evening of May 19, 2021, to meet the government’s COVID-19 epidemic prevention policy. We kindly ask all passengers to follow the instructions and complete the real-name registration system before entering the MRT systems. Let's do epidemic prevention shoulder to shoulder.

In line with the government's epidemic prevention policy, the epidemic prevention of KMRT and KLRT are as follows: (1) strengthen disinfection in KMRT and KLRT stations and cars after the last train. (2) add the frequency of cleaning the machines that passengers repeatedly contact once four hours, such as touch screens of ticket vending machines, entrance gates, banisters, handrails for escalators, and door handles in the restroom. (3) clean virus hotspots once an hour. (4) cooperate with the Department of Health and the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) to actively prevent the epidemic and maintain high-standard cleaning and disinfection continuously.

During the epidemic prevention period, please make sure that you wear masks as much as you can whenever you go out. Any officials have the right to directly report those who fail to wear masks in public or indoors and to impose fines.
