Starting from today, disabled people can seek help by dialing the helpline in advance for convenience services on the light rail

To promote the service quality of the Kaohsiung Light Rail, and provide better care and concern to disabled people riding the train, disabled people can call the helpline at (07)793-9676 30 minutes in advance before riding the light rail. They can also seek help from the platform staff through the intercom. The KRTC will arrange for staff to help them immediately.

When people meet disabled people on the train, please give more room to them to facilitate their alighting and boarding.
