Companies Exchange Experiences at the Successful KMRT Orange Line Investment Conference

The KMRT Orange Line Investment Conference was held at the Kaohsiung MRT Orange Line O4 station. On December 18th, Ching-Long Lin, the deputy mayor of Kaohsiung, hosted an investment conference in Taipei with the KMRT Bureau. In Kaohsiung, the local investment conference was hosted by the director of the KMRT Bureau, Yi-Long Wu. The event attracted more than forty entrepreneurs and over eighty people in total, including business leaders in domestic life insurance, construction, hospitality, and other cultural and creative industries. On the scene, participants warmly exchanged their information and experiences. Ultimately, the investment fair was a success.

The “Kaohsiung MRT Orange Line O4 Station Land Development Project” was announced on November 19, 2020. The site covers approximately 3,497 square meters and is located at the intersection of Jhongjheng 4th Rd. and Zihciang 2nd Rd. The development volume is estimated to be around 46281.2 square meters (14,000 pings). The total sales amount is estimated to be around NT$ 5 billion. Investors are welcome to submit proposals.

The relevant bidding information for this project has been announced on the KMRT Bureau website. The deadline for submission of application is January 4, 2021. Development proposals should be submitted by April 19, 2021. Investors from all walks of life are welcome to submit applications and work with the city government to build a new landmark in Kaohsiung’s economy.
