“Kaohsiung City Mass Rapid Transit System Orange Line O4 Station Land Development Project” selected Advancetek Enterprise Co., Ltd. as the best applicant by the selection committee on June 21, 2021, and Kindom Development Co., Ltd. was selected as the second-best applicant.

The site is located at the intersection of Jhongjheng 4th Road and Zihciang 2nd Road, Cianjin District, Kaohsiung City. The total area is 3,497 square meters. The shape of the base is square and can be used for offices, retail business, catering, entertainment, and hotels. It is the first case that KMRT aligned itself with its adjacent bases to publicly solicit investors for joint development since it opened to traffic. The city government is expected to obtain NT$ 2.788 billion, and related funds will be invested in the construction and development of KMRT, continue to promote TOD-oriented land development, and boost the development of surrounding cities.

The base is expected to develop new exchange centers, shops, and office products with a scale of approximately 53,405 square meters (16,155 pings). The estimated investment amount is NT$ 3.281 billion, and the estimated total sales of development buildings are NT$ 6.1 billion. With the gradual formation of the MRT road network in Kaohsiung City, the MRT Gangshan Extension Line RK1 Station, the MRT Orange Line O13 Station and the MRT Yellow Line will be launched in the future. The perimeter of the KMRT will be the living core for citizens, and the development boom can be expected soon. All investors are welcome to actively participate in the investment project to create a new landmark of Kaohsiung’s rail economy.
