[As passenger numbers continue to rise, we kindly remind all passengers to observe the following guidelines for a safe and pleasant journey]

※Passengers are required to comply with the following regulations regarding carry-on baggage and personal items:

  1. Passengers must ensure that their carry-on luggage and items do not obstruct or inconvenience other passengers, and must keep such items under their personal care and supervision at all times.
  2. Each item must not exceed 165 cm in length, and the total sum of length, width, and height must not exceed 220 cm. This restriction does not apply to wheelchairs, mobility scooters, baby strollers, folding bicycles, pet strollers, or other items announced by the operator.
  3. Animals brought into stations or carriages, except those in pet strollers, must be properly contained within pet carriers, bags, or cages that comply with the above size limits. The animal's head, tail, and limbs must remain inside at all times, and the container must be secure to prevent any waste or liquids from leaking. Exceptions apply to police service dogs on duty, and guide dogs, hearing dogs, or assistance dogs accompanying passengers with visual, hearing, or physical disabilities, or puppies in training accompanied by certified trainers.
  4. A maximum of 5 inflated balloons is permitted per passenger, and no balloon may exceed 50 cm on its longest side.
