1. Circle Line Network

The LRT Project, which was planned to form a loop rapid transit line, starts at the intersection of Yixin 1st Rd. and Kaixuan 3rd Rd.（TRA Qianzhen Shunting Yard) and runs through the downtown area along major transportation arteries such as Kaixuan 4th Rd., Chenggong 2nd Rd., Wufu 3rd Rd., Hedong Rd., Tongmeng 3rd Rd., Meishu E. 2nd Rd., Dashun 1st Rd ~ 3rd Rd., and then finally merges into the western trunk of the Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA).

4. Depots: TRA Qianzhen Shunting Yard (local train service)

5. Construction cost: NT$ 12.201 billion

6. Minimum private investment: NT$ 5.295 billion

7. Government Fund: NT$ 4.854 billion

8. Costs Inclusive of Items Charged by Central Government (including land-use fee): NT$ 2.052 billion

9. Concession Duration: 34 years (4 years Construction + 30 years Operation)

10. Right-of-way: LRT sited at grade with segregated right-of-way

11. Track work: 1.435mm standard track distance

12. Power supply: overhead centenary line, 750V

13. Light rail vehicles: vehicle width 2.65m, low-floor

14. Light rail stops: platform width 2.5-4 m, height 35 cm (to corporate with low-floor vehicle)
